Apple and Cinnamon Muffins

As part of our ABC Series we made some Apple and Cinnamon Muffins.  I originally got the Apple Muffin recipe from allrecipes.co.uk but I adapted it slightly.  Firstly I ran out of vegetable oil so I contemplated using some olive oil but thought the taste might be too strong so I melted some butter to make up the quantities.  Then when we were mixing all of the dry ingredients together I added a teaspoon of dried cinnamon.  My apples weren't that big so I just used 4 small ones.  They took about 10mins to make (longer with Mimi helping) and about 20mins in the oven.  They were really tasty and needless to say the have almost gone already.
